How do I book an appointment for my stuffie?

It is with endless gratitude to our Stuffie Spa community that we can say The Stuffie Spa is currently fully booked through 2022, and that inquiries for appointments are closed until further notice.

I submitted an Inquiry in 2021, when will I hear back?

With all of the viral attention that the Stuffie Spa received in the past two years, we got an amazing 6,000+ inquiries submissions between January and June of 2021. We respond to each inquiry individually in order to provide specialized care for each client which means that we are STILL working our way through those inquiries. If you submitted an inquiry in 2021 and have not received a response from us, it just means we have yet to reach your place in line. We are a very small business that has been honored with high demand, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate new territory in growth. What is a consultation?

Do you ship Internationally/Outside the United States?

Yes! However, We do charge for return shipping so bear that in mind when considering sending your item to the Stuffie Spa.

Is my stuffie “beyond repair”?

Here at the Stuffie Spa we believe that ANYTHING can be restored, and NOTHING is beyond repair! No matter how far gone your item appears there is always something that can be done to make it last that much longer! We can work with you to repair GIANT stuffies, TINY stuffies, Beanie Babies, matted/missing fur, voice box stuffies, music boxes, mechanical/moving/light-up parts, baby blankets, dolls, plastic parts, fabric parts, and probably anything else your toy requires. If the impossible happens, and there is ever anything out of our comfort zone to work on, you will be notified during the booking process.

What if I love my stuffie the way it is?

We appreciate that stance, and it is completely valid! Sometimes stuffies are best left in their well-loved state. The only person who can decide their future is you. The goal of restoration is to ensure a happy life for your stuffie, so you can love on them for as long as possible. Every service is approved by you prior to beginning work, and only to your comfort level. We take great care to honor past repairs, character marks, or any distinguishing “flaws” in the process.

Can I book an appointment on behalf of someone else/as a gift?

Of course! (Once we reopen inquiries) We will need to get confirmation of consent from the stuffie’s owner before you book an appointment! Include them in the process as much as possible so nothing is done to change their sentimental item without their consent.
