About THE INQUIRY PROCESS

In the inquiry form you will answer a few questions regarding your restoration needs, along with a good photo of your stuffie. You can tell us as much or as little about their backstory as you’d like! We absolutely love to hear about how stuffies came to be in their people’s homes and hearts.

Once you submit your inquiry our team will review your information and email you an Initial Assessment which will include details about services, fees, and next steps for booking an appointment for your stuffie.

We are currently (and happily!) processing THOUSANDS of inquiries from the past year. We are working daily to respond to each in turn. The wait time for an Initial Assessment email from us has been more than six months in some cases.

Please remember that we are here to help your stuffie be their best selves! Your stuffie’s care (and your comfort) are of the utmost importance to us. We will never perform any services that you have not explicitly approved of beforehand.
